Travel Diary Day 1!

Yay, my Father decided to bring us to Penang (600km from Singapore) and the journey took 13 hours. We went in the morning and reached our destination at 8pm .For breakfast, we ate sausage buns and went off. The first jam was due to those big lorries and trucks that move slowly and like to overtake other cars and slow down the road. The other two jams were due to poorly designed roads. 

For lunch we went to Ipoh's famous bean sprout chicken rice and ate bean sprouts half a chicken, some cha-siew meat and wintermelon juice that tasted like honey.



we went to Batu Ferringi (A beach) 's Golden Sands Resort to stay, for dinner at 8o'clock my father thought we could eat so much that he ordered 5 different types of meals.There was fried rice with egg, Thai style omelette, Tom Yam Hot Pot, sweet and sour chicken (Restaurant dosent serve pork), and Tofu and Minced chicken. Everything was nice except for the sweet and sour pork, it costed 80 Rg (3Rg =1
SGD) .





We then walked around and saw a fish spa that was offering 10Rg for 20 minutes we thought it was cheap but the next one offered at 5Rg for 30 min , the fish inside were way bigger and they could detect dead skin better!


My father then went to massage and we bought some tibits and went back home to eat it, we did not expect my father to buy back satay and chicken wings, he said the chicken wings were expensive but i did not think they were nice probably because i was so full from our dinner.
